This role involves working directly with participants in their homes and local communities, helping them build independence, achieve their goals, and feel truly supported every step of the way.

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of someone’s journey. Your day to day responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care routines, daily household tasks, and meal preparation
Providing reliable transport and accompanying participants to appointments, community events, or social outings
Supporting clients to access education, employment, and recreational opportunities
Encouraging active participation in meaningful, goal-aligned activities
Administering medication or assisting with health-related tasks in line with their individual support plans
Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where each person feels heard and valued
Maintaining clear communication with participants, families, and other team members
Keeping accurate, timely records of supports provided, progress made, and any challenges or incidents

Drivers Licence and Vehicle Registration Details
If you wish to provide transport to Participants, you must provide a clear photo or screenshot of your current drivers licence and the registration details of every vehicle you wish to use. You must also declare that the vehicle is appropriately insured.
